The
Hardin Student Center has been a success story
in terms of supporting the main campus as an efficient mixed use center,
yet it is physically separated from the campus. As developed in the
Master Plan, the Hardin Student Center becomes the anchor for an important
new quad that houses a new Conference Center accommodating 150-400 participants,
The Center for Evangelism and Church Growth, The Institute for Church
Health, Center for Church Planting, Supervised Ministry, academic spaces,
administration areas and guest services. A combination of open spaces,
new buildings and the Hardin Student Center create a secondary academic/administrative
quad that is tied to the Chapel Quadrangle via two significant entry
courts: one auto and one pedestrian.
