Project Approach & Summary

At the initiation of the planning process a Project Kickoff and Vision Session was held with President Kelley and the advisory core group. During this meeting a Master Planning Questionnaire was distributed to representatives of the various academic and administrative departments for review and completion. These questionnaires were completed and returned to the planning team prior to a week of programming worksessions held from November 9 to November 13, 1998 on the New Orleans campus. The master plan program was derived primarily from the responses to completed questionnaires, on site interviews held during the programming worksessions and analysis of the information following the worksessions.
