The facilities assessment evaluated the architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems of each facility, as well as each facility’s occupancy flexibility, regulatory compliance, and compliance with the American with Disabilities Act. The assessment concluded that just under half of the campus is in "good" condition and can continue under normal usage. 16% of campus building area, however, is in need of complete renovation or replacement.
